In the event of any conflict between the Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA) and this Terms of Service Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement govern and supersede.

Additional premium features are available to End Users who have subscribed to our Premium Subscriptions via App Store. Subscriptions MAY contain Introductory Offers for new users only, and these offers are subject to change at our discretion at any time. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renews unless it is unsubscribed at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal in accordance with your plan within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in the Manage Subscriptions section of your account settings, or visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 for more information. All prices are subject to change at our discretion at any time.
You acknowledge that We are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Singapore, the United States and other foreign countries. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights.
In order to operate and provide our Services, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform the information (including the content) that you submit, store, send, or receive on or through our Services. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating and providing our Services, such as to allow us to display Your Baby's profile picture and data (for example, name and age), sharing your content to Third-Party Social Media Service on Your accord and with Your prior permission.
YOU USE OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS. WE ARE PROVIDING OUR SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUS OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY US IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR USEFUL, THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE OPERATIONAL, ERROR FREE, SECURE, OR SAFE, OR THAT OUR SERVICES WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR IMPERFECTIONS. You will indemnify and hold Us harmless from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) Your access to or use of or inability to use our Service or our Intellectual Property; (ii) Your content; or (iii) Your violation of these Terms.
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws and courts of the Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Terms of Service at any time and from time to time without prior notice. You are advised to review this Terms of Service periodically for any changes.
By using our Service, You hereby consent to our our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and agree to its Terms and Conditions.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Terms of Service:
Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Adamo Baby Tracker App
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Adamo Team, person or entity that owns the exclusive rights to Adamo Baby Tracker app.
Service refers to the Application.
Log Data refers to data You provided when using Our Service (for example, the Feeding and Pumping time and duration, duration of a page visit).
Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
