When You use Our Application and Services, We ask You for personal information that can be used to identify your child to enter into and/or fulfill our service obligations (for example, for child selection).
When You initiate the Content Sharing Service, We access and ask for personal information of You and other users that can identify the owner and participants of the share group to provide, improve, administer and secure the Content Sharing Service.
Personal Data may include, but is not limited to:
Your child's Name, Gender, Birthdate, Due date and Pictures;
Your child's Weight, Length and Head Circumference (for Growth chart percentile computation);
Your pictures, which You added from your photo library;
Your Name, iCloud ID (for example, email address, or phone number), through Apple Cloudkit service or when You contact or communicate with Us;
Your profile picture, when You grant the permission to your contacts (for Content Sharing Service);
Name, iCloud ID (for example, email address, or phone number) of other iCloud users you added to Content Sharing Service, through your contacts and/or Apple Cloudkit service;
Profile picture of other iCloud users You added to Content Sharing Service, when You grant the permission to your contacts (for Content Sharing Service).
We process the name and iCloud ID (for example, email address, or phone number) of You and other iCloud users to provide, improve, administer and secure the Content Sharing Service through Apple services (such as content sharing management, and to setup content sharing through iCloud in the private and/or shared database).
Personal Data is stored on your Device; and may be also stored in your iCloud to synchronise between Devices.
When You initiate the Content Sharing Service, your Personal Data may be shared, used and stored on the Devices and iCloud of the other iCloud users whom You consent to share content with, and may be displayed to them.
When You contact or communicate with Us (for example, in the context to receive help through Our customer support channels), We may use, store and collect your Personal Data that You voluntarily provide to us to support, provide and improve our Service.
We may request access or permission to certain features from your Device, including your Device's camera, contacts, photos, notifications, and other features.
If You wish to change Our access or permissions, You may do so in your Device's settings (Go to Settings > [adamo App]).
We process the information that You voluntarily provide to Us of You and Your minor dependant(s), in order to provide, improve and administer Our Services.
User Data may include, but is not limited to:
Activity Information, for example:
date, time, duration,
feeding information (such as feeding type, amount, ingredients, breast side),
milk extraction (or pumping) information (such as breast side, amount),
diapers information (such as poo color, wetness),
sleep information (such as time and duration),
development activity (such as activity, milestone, purpose, skills, pictures),
health information (such as body temperature, medication, vaccination and health symptoms), and

We use the User Data to provide, improve and administer Our Services. User Data is stored on your Device and may be also stored in your iCloud to synchronise between Devices.
When You initiate the Content Sharing Service, User Data may be shared, used and stored on the Device and iCloud of the other iCloud users whom you consent to share content with, and may be displayed to them.
We automatically use certain information when You use, or navigate the Service to improve the user experience (for example, default language, currency and measurement units settings) and to provide specific technology in Our Service (for example, Content Sharing Service is available only on Device operating with iOS 16 and above). We may also store specific Preferences Data on your Device and your iCloud.
When You initiate the Content Sharing Service, specific Preferences Data may be shared, used and stored on the Device and iCloud of the other iCloud users whom You consent to share content with (for example, the permission preferences to acccess the User Data).
Preferences Data may include, but is not limited to your Device characteristics (for example, orientation, model name, screen size), operating system or platform, version information and system configuration information, language, country, information about how and when You use Our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and fraud prevention, and to provide, improve and administer Our Services.
We may use iCloud when You use Our Services to provide, improve, administer and to secure Our Services.
When iCloud Service is activated, We use your iCloud for content storage and synchronisation between Devices.
When You initiate the Content Sharing Service, You consent to the use of your iCloud for content sharing in a private database. You own all of the private database's content and only You can access your private database, by default (as accordance to Apple Cloudkit service). When you voluntarily add other iCloud users to Content Sharing Service, You consent to the sharing of the Shared Content with them on their iCloud and their Devices. Shared Content may include, but is not limited to User Data, Personal Data, Preferences Data, permission, group name, group profile picture and other information required for the operation, improvement, administration and security of Our Services.
If You are invited to Content Sharing Service and accept the invitation (by voluntarily accepting, tapping or opening the link shared by the owner in any communication channels), You consent to the use of your iCloud for content storage in a shared database. The content will be stored on your Device and the shared database of your iCloud to synchronise between Devices.
We may send You Push Notifications to update Devices with content relevant to our Services (for example, real-time Live Activities update on Devices that have permission to access the Shared Content), or regarding certain features of Our Services.
When You contact or interact with Us (for example, over email), We may access and collect Device information (such as your Device model, free disk space), country, region, operating system, version information, Application information, to provide and improve Our Services (such as diagnosing, troubleshooting and support).
We use tools from Third-Party Service Providers (for services such as Google Analytics 4, Crashlytics) to process non-personally identifiable information when You use, or navigate the Service. We use this information to provide, improve and administer Our Services (for example, to see how many users are using a particular feature, to update Live Activities with push notification, to monitor Application stability, to diagnose and fix bugs or crashes, or to make future performance improvements), and to fulfil our legitimate business interests. This information is anonymised but may include device and usage information, such as Device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, device name, country, information about how and when You use our Services, and other technical information.

Log and usage data that is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information Our Third-Party Service Provider automatically use and/or collect when You access or use Our Services. Depending on the Device used, this Device data may include, but not limited to information such as Device information (such as type (such as desktop, mobile, tablet), model, screen resolution, free storage and memory space), Device characteristics (for example, orientation, model name), Application version, hardware model (such as iPhone, iPad, Mac), operating system and/or platform, and system configuration information.

With other iCloud users: When You initiate Content Sharing Service or otherwise interact with other users, personal data may be shared, used, viewed, collected and stored on the Devices of other users.
With other public users: When You voluntarily share personal data or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside our Services. (for example, when you post or share pictures or links from the Application in Third-party Social Media Service, or over email).
With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal data for any other purpose with Your consent.
For law enforcement: Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
For other legal requirements: The Company may disclose your information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

Personal Data is stored on your Device; and may be also stored in your private iCloud to synchronise between Devices.
When You initiate the Content Sharing Service, your Personal Data may be stored on the Devices and iCloud of the other iCloud users whom You consent to share content with.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of Your Personal Data.
You may delete certain information processed by Our Service in the Application's Settings and/or Device's Settings.
If You have initiated the Content Sharing Service, you can remove access to your content from all iCloud users whom You have shared content within the Application's Settings > iCloud Configuration > Share Baby Contents > Stop Sharing.
Please note that Personal Data is essential for the provision of our Services, and to fulfill our Service obligations. You can delete the Personal Data (and Application Data) stored on your Device by deleting the Application. If iCloud was used, You can delete the Personal Data (and Application Data) stored in your iCloud within your Device's Settings (Go to Device's Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > [adamo App]). Note that deleting data of our Application in your iCloud can also delete the synchronised data stored in all Devices that has permission to synchronise to your iCloud. If You wish to continue to use Our Service after deleting the Personal Data on your Device and/or iCloud, You need to reinstall our Application from App Store.
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to the respective third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Our Service allow You to share Personal data and content (for example, your child's Personal Data and your User Data) to Third-party Social Media Service with your consent. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services You choose to share content to.
When You contact Us for customer support or otherwise communicate with Us, You may provide Us with information related to your use of our Service, including copies of your log, any other information You deem helpful, and how to contact you (such as an email address). For example, you may send us an email with information relating to application performance or other issues or a screenshot of your activities (or User Data). This data will only be used to communicate with You and to find the cause of the issues you reported, in order to improve the quality of our Service.
Our Service may change to improve and provide better experience to the users. As a result, it may be necessary for Us to make changes to this Privacy Policy accordingly. "Application" refers to Baby Tracker Adamo App, the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Baby Tracker Adamo App
"Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Adamo Team, person or entity that owns the exclusive rights to Baby Tracker Adamo app.
"Service" refers to the digital information, activities, events, features, functions, engagement and experience provided in the Application either for free, through promotional offer or purchase (such as subscriptions or one-time purchase).
"Content Sharing Service" refers to the sharing of digital content with other users through cloud servers.
"Device" means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
"Third-Party Service Providers" means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals engaged by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
"Third-party Social Media Service" refers to any website or any social network website through which a user can log in or create an account to use the service.
"Personal information" means any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable natural person. "Personal information" does not include de-identified data or publicly available information.
"Use" refers to retrieve, read, display, compute, manipulate, encode or decode of the data which may or may not be persisted after power to that device is shut off.
"Collect" refers to transmitting data off the Device in a way that allows Us and/or our Third-Party Service Providers to access it for a period longer than what is necessary to service the transmitted request in real time.
"Store" refers to storage of data in Device that persists after power to that device is shut off.
